Following a week-long trial, on Monday morning at the Hillsborough County Superior Court in Manchester, New Hampshire a jury found John DeLee, 22, of Salem, New Hampshire guilty of two counts of second-degree murder and one count of reckless conduct.
Just before 1:00 a.m., January 28th, 2023, Manchester, New Hampshire Police responded to a report of a shooting at 50 Old Granite St. in Manchester.
Upon arrival, officers located Timothy Pouliot, 24, of Manchester suffering from apparent gunshot wounds. Timothy Pouliot was later pronounced deceased.
Deputy Chief Medical Examiner Dr. Mitchell Weinberg completed the autopsy on the body of Timothy Pouliot and determined that the cause of Mr. Pouliot’s death was multiple gunshot wounds, and the manner of his death was homicide.
Manchester Police said a dispute occurred inside The Goat Bar and Grill at 50 Old Granite St. and later led to a confrontation outside the bar on Old Granite Street.
Delee is scheduled to be sentenced at 1:30 p.m. on March 8, 2024, at the Hillsborough County Superior Court – Northern District in Manchester, and is being held without bail pending sentencing.
