Following a motor vehicle stop on Route 6, in Providence, Rhode Island on Saturday, Braejanee Marquez, 28, Roxbury, Massachusetts.
Marquez was charged with Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor and/or Drugs with a BAC .10 to .15 (Phase I BAC = .142, Phase II BAC = .133).
Marquez was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks, arraigned and released into the custody of a responsible adult pending a future date at the Sixth Division District Court.
