Jason Watson, 42, of Meriden, Connecticut  on Monday pleaded guilty to Murder  the 2019 death of Perrie Mason, 31, also of Meriden, Connecticut.

Perrie Mason was reported missing on August 18, 2019 and on August 21, 2019, investigators found the remains of her charred body in the area of Bay State Textiles  in Waterbury, Connecticut where Watson had been employed.

Watson was arrested in June 2020 in connection with the death of Perrie Mason. 

Watson is scheduled to be sentenced to 30 years in prison during a hearing in New Haven Superior Court on January 22, 2024.
