As the result of a motor vehicle accident Sunday night just after 8:30 p.m., on South County Trail in Exeter, Rhode Island, Rhode State Police arrested Jason P. Acciola, 34, of Glastonbury, Connecticut.
Acciola has been charged with driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor or Drugs, B.A.C. Unknown (First Offense) and Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test (First Offense).
Acciola was transported to the Hope Valley Barracks where he was processed, arraigned by Justice of the Peace and released into the custody of a responsible adult.
