Monday night at around 10:45 PM, Vermont State Police responded to a report of a vehicle off the roadway on Freds Lane in Mendon, VT.
While speaking with the operator, who has been identified as Ingrid Gregoy, 51, of Rutland Town, Vermont, Troopers detected signs of impairment and was subsequently taken into custody for driving under the influence.
Gregory was transported to the Vermont State Police Rutland Barracks for processing and released on a citation to appear in Rutland County Superior Court, Criminal Division.
