Rhode Island State Police Thursday night arrested Elias Bollwage, 41, of Exeter, RI.
Bollwage was arrested following a motor vehicle accident investigation on Ten Rod Road in the Town of Exeter, and has been charged with Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor and/or Drugs – BAC .10 – .15 – First Offense (Phase I: 0.117%, Phase II: 0.112%).
On Thursday, September 21, 2023 at 8:30 PM, Troopers out of the Hope Valley Barracks arrested Elias Bollwage, age 41, of 140 Woody Hill Road, Exeter, RI for Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor and/or Drugs – BAC .10 – .15 – First Offense (Phase I: 0.117%, Phase II: 0.112%).
Rhode Island State Police said Bollwage was transported to the Hope Valley Barracks where he was processed, arraigned before a Justice of the Peace, and released into the custody of a responsible adult pending a future Fourth District Court date.
