Following a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 South in the City of Warwick, RI., Rhode Island State Police on Thursday just after 6PM, arrested Marlon Monzon Munoz, 23, of Central Falls, RI.
Munoz was arrested for a Third District Court Hold Without Bail Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Arraignment on the original charge of DUI -.10 to .15 – First Offense.
Rhode Island State Police said Munoz was processed, and transported to the ACI – Men’s.
