The Worcester Red Sox hosted the Scranton/Wilkes-Barre Railriders at Polar Park in Worcester, MA on Friday night. They fell in the third game of the series on Thursday night, 2-1.

Enmanuel Valdez knocked a two-run homer to right field in the bottom of the second, giving the WooSox the early lead. Andres Chaparro would homer for the Railriders in the fifth to cut it to a 2-1 game, but Wilyer Abreu would single in the bottom half of the inning, allowing David Hamilton to score and make it a 3-1 game.

Kyle Barraclough would remain perfect on the season (8-0), pitching 6.2 innings and striking out 11 as the WooSox took the fourth game of the series, 3-1. The two teams will meet for the fifth time this series tomorrow afternoon at Polar Park. First pitch is scheduled for 4:05 p.m. ET.
