On Sunday, July 2, 2023, Vermont State Police arrested James Nelson, 53, of Burlington, VT for DUI #2.
At approximately 9:12 PM Sunday night, Trooper Blaz Mihaljevic with the Vermont State Police observed a motor vehicle make several lane violations.
After conducting a motor vehicle stop and making contact with the operator of the vehicle, who was identified as James Nelson, Trooper Mihaljevic observed several indicators of impairment.
Nelson was subsequently arrested for the suspicion of DUI and transported to the Williston Barracks for processing.
