The Connecticut Sun improved to 4-1 with a 81-78 win over the Indiana Fever.
The Sun also have the same 4-1 record in the Commissioners Cup.
In the win Tiffany Hayes would score 22 points and lead the team in scoring.
Brionna Jones would also get a season high in points and rebounds.
Jones would score 19 points and grab 11 rebounds. The former sixth woman of the year would also dish out three assists.
Alyssa Thomas would score 13 points while also grabbing a season high 17 rebounds, and pass 7 assists.
This would be the 26 game by Thomas scoring at least 10 points grabbing 10 rebounds and passing out 5 assists. Thomas’s 26 games are the second most in WNBA History.
The Fever would be led by Aliyah Boston leading the team in points.
The number 1 pick of this past draft would score 20 points with 4 assists and 4 rebounds.
Kelsey Mitchell would be the second best scorer for the Fever scoring 19 points.
Nalyssa Smith would score 14 points which was the third most but would also grab 15 rebounds in the game.
The Sun are now 4-1 in the Stephanie White Era and will look to win their fifth game against Minnesota on Thursday.
