During the week of March 13th, 2023 members of the Problem Oriented Policing Unit, Nashua Police Department’s Narcotics Intelligence Division, Hudson Police Department, and Drug Enforcement Agency-Bedford NH Office participated in a coordinated round-up operating under Operation Granite Shield where eight individuals were arrested for various drug crimes, crimes frequently associated with criminal behavior related to drug activity and other criminal offenses.
These were the following individuals:
Auri Diaz, age 29, of 112 Springfield Street, Apartment A, Lawrence, Massachusetts was charged with Criminal Liability for Conduct of Another- Possession of a Controlled Drug with the Intent to Distribute (Heroin/Fentanyl), Special Felony. Diaz was released on $2,500 cash bail pending his future arraignment at the Hillsborough County Superior Court – Southern District.
Daurys Diaz, age 24, of 112 Springfield Street, Apartment A, Lawrence, Massachusetts, was charged with Possession of a Controlled Drug with the Intent to Distribute (Heroin/Fentanyl), Special Felony. Diaz was released on $2,500 cash bail pending his future arraignment at the Hillsborough County Superior Court – Southern District.
Luis Diaz, age 49, of 480 High Street, Apartment 1, Lawrence, Massachusetts was charged with Disobeying an Officer, Class A Misdemeanor. Diaz was released on personal recognizance bail pending his future arraignment at the 9th Circuit District Division- Nashua Court.
Joshua Wortman, age 30, of 12 Auburn Street, Apartment 7, Nashua, New Hampshire was charged with Possession of a Controlled Drug (Heroin/Fentanyl), Class B Felony. Wortman was released on person recognizance bail pending his future arraignment at the Hillsborough County Superior Court – Southern District.
Iziah Diaz, age 24, of 11 Ninth Street, Nashua, New Hampshire was charged with Driving After Revocation or Suspension and Driving Without Giving Proof, both Class A Misdemeanors. Diaz was released on personal recognizance bail pending his future arraignment at the 9th Circuit District Division- Nashua Court.
Kayla Jones, age 33, of 52 Amherst Street, Apartment A, Nashua, New Hampshire was charged with three counts of Dealing in or Possessing Prescription Drugs (Class A Misdemeanor). Jones was released on personal recognizance bail pending her future arraignment at the 9th Circuit District Division- Nashua Court.
Samantha Gervais, age 30, of 20 Merrimack Street, Hudson, New Hampshire was charged with Possession of a Controlled Drug (Heroin/Fentanyl) Class B Felony, Possession of a Controlled Drug (Heroin/Fentanyl) Class B Felony, Possession of a Controlled Drug (Methylphenidate Hydrochloride) Class B Felony, three counts of Resisting Arrest (Class A Misdemeanor) and Driving After Revocation or Suspension (Class A Misdemeanor). Gervais was released on personal recognizance bail pending her future arraignment at the Hillsborough County Superior Court – Southern District.
Joseph King, age 30, of 12 Gambia Street, Hudson, New Hampshire was charged with Possession of a Controlled Drug-Subsequent Offense (Heroin/Fentanyl) Class A Felony, and Possession of a Controlled Drug-Subsequent Offense (Lorazepam), Class A Felony. King was released on personal recognizance bail pending his future arraignment at the Hillsborough County Superior Court – Southern District.
