On March 6th, two plainclothes officers were operating an unmarked police cruiser outside McGovern Package Store on Millbury Street.
The two officers at about 3:00 PM. saw what they believed to be a drug deal that happened outside the store.
The buyer was followed from the scene and arrested at 190 Millbury Street for possession of class B (Crack Cocaine).
The Seller was arrested with 256 dollars in cash, which was allegedly given to him by the buyer. The seller was charged for distribution of Class B (Crack Cocaine).
The Seller was identified as Julio Nieves-Perez, a 62 year old male.
