On Wednesday, Philip Vanasse, 64, of Wheelock, VT was arrested at I91 exit 20, St. Johnsbury.
Vanasse was arrested for DUI after Vermont State Police initiated a traffic stop for a vehicle driving the wrong way onto the exit ramp for I91, exit 20 in St. Johnsbury.
During the traffic stop Vanasse displayed signs of impairment and was arrested for DUI and transported to the St. Johnsbury State Police Barracks for processing.
