Boston Man Sentenced To Two Years In Federal Prison For Distribution Of Fentanyl

On July 21, 2022 Diamondez Pierre, 24, of Boston was sentenced by U.S. District Court Judge Leo T. Sorokin to two years in prison and three years of supervised release. 

On March 25, 2021, Pierre pleaded guilty to possession of fentanyl with intent to distribute.

On Aug. 8, 2020, law enforcement stopped Pierre in his vehicle in Brockton. A search of Pierre’s vehicle resulted in the recovery of a backpack that contained 204 blue pressed fentanyl pills, disguised as “Perc 30” oxycodone pills, intended for distribution.
