Police in Worcester are investigating a fatal shooting that happened about 7:05 PM, Saturday night. Police responded to a ShotSpotter activation on Cambridge Street and upon arrival they located two females who were shot.
Worcester Police say that one of the victims who was 41 was pronounced deceased after being taken to an area hospital to be treated. The second victim, Worcester Police confirmed had less serious wounds and was taken to an area hospital to be treated.
