Becky Sharnetta Thigpen, 65 of Norwalk, CT entered into eternal rest on Thursday, May 12, 2022.
Born in Williamston, NC to the late John Wise and the late Marie Theresa Grant. She was a lifelong resident of Connecticut, the Fairfield County area.
She was a devoted member of House of Prophecy and Prayer under the leadership of Prophet Sadie Lee Miles. She served for several years as the Sunday School Teacher, Church Secretary and on the Mother’s Board.
In addition to her parents, a daughter and a sister predeceased her.
She leaves to cherish her memory, her husband Thurmond Thigpen Jr., one daughter Aretha Wiggins of Shelton, CT., two sons, James (Trenace) Ruffin, of Paterson, NJ, Daniel (Oksana) Wiggins of Bridgeport, CT., six grandchildren Amirie Barnett, Caleb Ruffin, Danielle Wiggins, Isaiah Wiggins, Artem Wiggins and Milena Wiggins, a host of nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
The family would like to thank everyone for their love and support at this time.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
