The one word hated most in baseball is rainout and if you’re a Red Sox or Yankees fan, you definitely don’t know what I mean.
Today’s season kickoff game for the Red Sox against the Yankees has been postponed, a rainout as it’s expected to be a wet Thursday in New York City.
The regular-season opener against the Yankees has been rescheduled to Friday at 1:05 p.m. The three game series will continue Saturday at 4:05 p.m. and wrap up Sunday at 7:0O p.m.
