The Celtics right now are in the middle of a four game West Coast road trip and after a 145-117 win against the Trail Blazers on Saturday night, the C’s just couldn’t pull of a win Tuesday night, losing 102-117 to the Lakers.
Tatum got things started in the first quarter with a two point dunk assisted by Marcus Smart. Tatum played about 33 minutes, had 34 points, 8 rebounds, and 2 assists (3-9 FG, 1-5 3PT and 0-0 FT).
Robert Williams put up 13 points, Shroder netted 10 points, Horford sunk 7 while Smart put down just six point for the game.
Looking for help from the bench was not easy while Richardson netted 11 points, Nesmith netted 9 points, Romero Langford netted 5 points, Pitchard only sunk 6 and Grant Williams was just good for 1 point in the 13 minute that he played in this game.
Next the C’s are on to play the Clippers Wednesday night at 10:30.
