Celtics Claim First Game Of West Coast Road Trip With 145-117 Win Against Blazers

Saturday night the Celtics kicked of a four game West Coast road trip and they did it with 145-117 win against the Trail Blazers.

Robert Williams kicked this game off with a two-point alley-oop dunk assisted by Marcus Smart. Robert Williams played 21 minutes and sunk 5 with 3 rebounds and 1 assist.

Tatum, in his 31 minutes of play had 31 points, had 10 rebounds and 4 assists. Shroder had 31 points in 31 minutes with 4 rebounds and 8 assists. Marcus Smart showed up for this game tonight with 17 points, 2 rebounds and 4 assists. Grant Williams before he ended his night with 32 minutes of play had 10 points, 4 rebounds and 1 assist.

From the bench tonight, Pritchard had 19 points, 2 rebounds and 3 assists. Nesmith had 11 points, Kanter had 9 points, Richardson had 5 points, Fernando had 4 points and Hernangomez had 4 points.

The C’s had 145 points, 47 rebounds, and 26 points (49-87 FG, 21-37 3PT and 26-29 FT).

The C’s next West Coast contest will be the Lakers Tuesday night.
