New this morning, following developing news of a house that exploded in Rahway, New Jersey.
Police say It happened around 5:44 a.m. on River Road near Whittier Street. They also say that no one was injured in the explosion because they had evacuated earlier around 1 a.m. due to heavy flooding.
Between 1 a.m. and 5:44 a.m., there was a gas leak and the house exploded. The blast leveled the house and damaged several nearby homes.
