Vermont (St. Johnsbury Barracks) – Daniel Currier, 36, of Bath, New Hampshire, is facing a DUI (third-offense) charge following a late-night traffic stop in St. Johnsbury.
According to police, at 12:11 a.m. on Feb. 28, Trooper Leblanc conducted a stop near the intersection of U.S. Route 302 and U.S. Route 5.
Currier was issued a citation to appear in Orange County Superior Court on March 11 at 8:30 a.m.
The incident remains under investigation.
He is innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
