Tuesday night Manchester, New Hampshire Police arrested Christopher Caswell, 42 of Manchester, New Hampshire.
Caswell was charged with Felonious use of a Firearm, Falsifying Physical Evidence, Possession of a Controlled Drug, and Resisting Arrest.
At approximately 8:30 PM, on Tuesday night Manchester Police responded to 959 Hayward Street for a report of a man waving around a firearm and yelling.
Upon arrival officers located Caswell outside but when they asked him to walk toward them, he turned around and went inside the building.
Manchester Police set up a perimeter and kept watch on the building. Shortly after, Caswell came back outside and was taken into custody without further incident.
Officers located a firearm in the common hallway of the building and suspected cocaine on Caswell.
