Vermont (Berlin Barracks) – A 42-year-old Montpelier Man is facing numerous charges following an investigation conducted by Vermont State Police.
At 12:44 p.m. on Feb 28, Tropper Jacqueline June arrested Cormick Cantwell, 42, of Montpelier on 34 counts of Violating Conditions of Release (VCOR), three counts of Criminal Threatening, and 28 counts of Disorderly Conduct by means of electronic communication.
The State of Vermont is listed as the victim in the matter.
Cantwell is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
