Killington, Vt – A 53-year-old Mendon man is facing charges of DUI-Refusal following a traffic stop.
On Feb. 28 at 6:00 p.m., Trooper Alibozek of the Rutland Barracks conducted a stop along U.S. Route 4 in Killington.
Gregory Evans, 53, of Mendon, Vt, was issued a citation to appear before the Vermont Superior Court Rutland Criminal Division on March 16 at 10:00 a.m. on his DUI-Refusal charge.
He is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
