St. Johnsbury, VT – Vermont State Police responded to a two-vehicle crash on Interstate 91 South early Monday morning.

The incident occurred at 6:43 a.m. near exit 19 at mile marker 128 in St. Johnsburg. Troopers from the St. Johnsbury Barracks arrived on scene to investigate.

According to authorities, a 2018 Toyota Corolla operated by a 65-year-ol Barnet resident and a 2015 Subaru Forester driven by a 21-year-ol Waterford resident were involved in the crash. Both drivers were wearing seatbelts at the time of the incident.

Police reported that the Toyota sustained moderate damage, while the Subaru had minor damage. No injuries were reported, and neither operator required transport to a hospital.

Weather conditions were clear, and the roadway was dry at the time of the crash.

The cause of the accident remains under investigation.
