A routine Monday afternoon in Pawtucket exploded into violence when a 16-year-old boy was found bleeding from a stab wound on Clyde Street.
Police say they were called to the scene at 2:30 p.m. after reports of a disturbance, but what officers encountered was far from minor. The teenager had been stabbed, and the injuries were serious enough to warrant immediate hospital transport. Two suspects were quickly taken into custody: a 17-year-old boy and an 18-year-old man. Police have not released additional details on the motive, but the swift arrests signal a decisive response to a violent act in a residential neighborhood.
