New Hampshire State Police (Troop B) – During an operation on Sunday, Feb. 22, Troopers carried out a high-visibility saturation patrol targeting impaired and aggressive drivers along sections of F.E Everett Turnpike in Southern New Hampshire.

Troopers stopped 115 vehicles, issued a total of 68 citations for a range of traffic violations, and made 10 arrests for various offenses.

Troopers arrested:

  • Rene Johnson, 46, of Manchester, outstanding warrant
  • Nikkita Noy Thoueithaisong, 21, of Nashua, Suspended Registration
  • William Hurd, 37, of Haverhill, Ma, Operating after Suspension and License Required.
  • David LaPierre, 63, of Lyndeborough, Domestic Violence – Simple Assault
  • Emmanel Deng, 19, of Nashua, Operating After Suspension
  • Juleigh Mae Belnager, 21, of Manchester, Outstanding Bench Warrant and Operating After Suspension.
  • Mason Tanner, 19, of Nashua, Possession of Marijuana over ¾ oz, Transporting Drugs in a Motor Vehicle, and Speeding over 26 mph above the limit.
  • Audria Lyndi Jernigan, 17, of Manchester, Reckless Driving
  • Matheus Santos Lehmkuhl, 23, of Manchester, Operating without a Valid License, Open Container, and Negligent Operation.
  • Cristian David Fernandez Gamarra, 29, of Manchester, Operating after Suspension.

Troopers emphasized that these patrols are part of an ongoing effort to enhance roadway safety for residents and visitors throughout Southern New Hampshire.

All suspects are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
