Boston, Ma – Members of the Boston Police Department Human Trafficking Division and Crimes Against Children Unit (ICAC), alongside the Massachusetts State Police High-Risk Victim Squad, executed a search warrant on Friday, Feb. 13 at 45 Peterborough Street, Apartment 34.

As a result of a lengthy investigation and evidence obtained, it led to the arrest of 36-year-old Talik Rashaun Garcia of Boston was arrested. Mr. Rashaun Garcia was arrested on charges including:

  • Rape and Abuse of a Child Aggravated by a 10-year age difference
  • Trafficking of Persons for Sexual Servitude Under the Age of 18
  • Posing or Exhibiting a Child in a State of Nudity or Sexual Conduct
  • Dissemination of Visual Material of a Child in a State of Nudity or Sexual Conduct
  • Knowing Purchase or Possession of Visual Material of a Child Depicted in Sexual Conduct.

Garcia is scheduled to be arraigned on Tuesday at the Boston Municipal Court-Roxbury Division.
