With Jaylen Brown and Jason Tatum shooting only 2-15 from the three-point line, Brown with only 15 points and Tatum with 20, one would think that the Celtics may have lost to the Hawks.

Even with all Hawk starters in double figures and Jrue Holiday, starting point guard for the Celtics, sitting, it was Kristaps Porzingis, Derek White and Al Horford who came through in the clutch.

Boston with 58 points in the paint and Porzingis ending the game with 31 points, held Atlanta in check, outscoring them three of the four quarters. Keeping a marginal lead, up by four at halftime 71-67, Derek White’s 12 points in the fourth quarter were enough to seal the deal for the Celtics and give them another home win.

With holiday out Celtics fans worried about turnovers and controlling the ball but this seemed not to be a problem with the emergence of Veteran anchor Al Horford with eight rebounds, eight assists and 14 points, making sure that Trey Young, 20 points, and Sadiq Bey, 25 points, did not overcome the Celtics.

Even with double-doubles from Jalen Johnson 15 rebounds, 19 points, and Onyeka Okongwu, 10 rebounds and 19 points, the Celtics still managed to triumph 125 to 117. Celtics post game Porzingis stated,” they’re a dangerous team offensively,” in reference to Young and the Hawks.

Constantly switching up key producers the Celtics starters, continually surprise us and opponents don’t know where it’s coming from from night to night.
