On September 19, New Hampshire State Police arrested Tyler J Gay, 19, of Concord, NH for Aggravated Driving While Under the Influence and Reckless Operation.
At approximately 10:00 p.m., New Hampshire State Police observed a vehicle on Interstate 93 north in Concord traveling north at an excessively high rate of speed. The vehicle was clocked going 136 MPH.
Trooper Zachary Bilotta from Troop D Barracks conducted a traffic stop, approached the vehicle and made contact with the operator of the vehicle who was identified as Tyler J Gay.
Trooper Bilotta conducted a roadside DWI investigation after observed indicators of impairment and at the conclusion of the investigation, Gay was placed under arrest.
