Oilers Shutdown Destroyers and Bombers Grab Win Against Riptide

Saturday night, semipro football returned to New England with some exciting matchups. One of the most buzzed-about games was the Granite State Destroyers facing off against the Randolph Oilers in the ECFL, where the Oilers shut down the Destroyers with a 14-0 victory.

Elsewhere in the ECFL, the Rhody Ravens secured a decisive 27-7 win over the Golden Badgers, while the Boston Bandits triumphed with a 21-13 victory against the Marlboro Shamrocks. The Millcity Eagles soared to a 32-10 win over the Troy City Titans, and the Southern New England Admirals put on a dominating performance, defeating the Connecticut Mustangs 43-7.

In the NEFL, the New England Bombers stole the show with a hard-fought 28-25 win over the Rhode Island Riptide.
