At the U.S. District Court in Concord, New Hampshire on Tuesday, Michael Dukette, 31, of Nashua, pleaded guilty to possession of child sexual abuse material.
In 2018 the police department in Hudson, New Hampshire received information of potential child exploitation images.
The individual who reported this information to police had lent their iPhone to another person and after it was returned, they found an email containing four videos that showed Dukette masturbating while standing over a sleeping child.
When the police interviewed Dukette, he voluntary admitted to them that he made and kept the videos.
During further investigation it was revealed the child in the videos was five years old at the time the videos were made.
Dukette is scheduled to be sentenced on August 23, 2022.
