State Police and Brimfield Police responded to the area of New Holland Road in Brimfield on Friday around 2:10 p.m. for a head-on collision between a 2019 Nissan Versa and a 2015 Volvo S60.
The operator of the Nissan, a 58-year-old male from Brimfield, was pronounced deceased.
The operator of the Volvo, a 52-year-old male from Brighton, was transported to an area hospital with serious injuries.
